Transparency and Care

At Island Retreat medical Spa our guests always come first. We are committed to ensuring that your spa experience is enjoyable and relaxing. Our policies have been set to be fair and transparent, to guarantee your ultimate satisfaction.

  • Spa Policies

    • Cancellation policy

      • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you call 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full-service price.

    • Mobile Device policy

      • We ask that any cell phones or pagers be turned on silent while in the spa vicinity, if you need to make a phone call we politely ask that you step outside to do so.

    • Privacy policy

      • Please respect the privacy of your friends, family and neighbors. While we know many of you have been referred by a friend or family member, we are not at liberty to divulge any information regarding their procedures due to HIPAA guidelines. 

    • Late arrival

      • While the traffic is not always under your control, we will do our best to provide the service you have booked as long as it does not affect or interfere with the following client.
