What a pleasure to have services at the Island Retreat! The Spa is clean, sterile and comforting. As a 49 year old woman, knowing Alicia has helped save my skin from past sun damage. I have had various treatments and have never been disappointed with the end results. Dr. HummeI, the licensed physician at the spa is also a pleasure and extremely knowledgeable on the services provided.

I’ve come to Alicia for laser hair removal for years now - even when I was living in Boston, I would book my appointments around trips back to Portsmouth so I could continue to be an Island Retreat client! Alicia is warm, accommodating, and so great at what she does. The space is beautiful and has a spa-like atmosphere - they’re also so conscientious about booking you so you don’t feel rushed at the appointment. 10/10 recommend!
